Fairly easy, right? Why is it much more difficult, when asked to define our own personal qualities? How do we perceive ourselves? With an inflated ego or with humble truth?
More importantly, how would those same individuals describe your character as a person, an employee or an employer? These are questions we don't often think about, but It may be an interesting introspective exercise to benchmark yourself. Recently, I took a personality profile test.
